At Chill's Cheesecakes, we are seriously passionate about cheesecake. Located in Warren, Rhode Island, we specialize in crafting mouthwatering, bite-sized 'gour-mini' cheesecakes in a variety of irresistible flavors. Each is perfectly portioned, making it ideal for events, parties, or just a simple indulgence without the guilt of a full slice.
The Chill's Story
Chris started Chill’s Cheesecakes originally in 2012 as a side-hustle to his corporate career in Boston.. Selling cheesecakes at his local Dorchester neighborhood coffee shops and supplying to large corporate events the business grew quickly by word of mouth. After 2 years it became impossible to keep up the pace. Real world demands took precedence, so he had to put the cheesecake biz on the shelf for a while.
Fast forward to 2023 and he’s introduced through friends to the Hope & Main Community Kitchen in Warren, RI. Here with low overhead and lots of support it’s OK to start slow and build a business one step at a time and on your own schedule. By July of 2024 we were fully licensed, baking again, and signing on our first account. We believe it takes time and patience to build a quality business, and we know our cheesecakes are worth the wait!
